Terms of Service

By creating an account and using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Homedwel provides a platform for landlords to manage their rental properties. The core functionalities of the Service currently include:

• Property and Unit Management: Adding and organizing information about your rental properties and individual units.
• Lease and Tenant Management: Tracking lease agreements and tenant information.
• Automated Billing and Rent Tracking: Generating monthly rent bills and monitoring payment status.
• Dashboard Overview: A centralized dashboard to view property availability and key portfolio metrics.

The Service is provided as-is. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account password and not disclose it to any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Service, including property, lease, and tenant information.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You must not, and must not attempt to, do the following:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, or spamming.
• Upload or share any information that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service, or attempt to do so.

Homedwel is currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans (Premium Plans) in the future, which may offer additional or advanced features.

We will provide you with at least 30 days notice before any existing features become part of a paid plan or if we introduce fees for the Service you are currently using. You will have the option to upgrade to a Premium Plan or discontinue using the features that become paid.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding data provided by you) are and will remain the exclusive property of Homedwel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with notice to you if:

• (a) you are in breach of these Terms,
• (b) your use of the Service would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or
• (c) you haven’t accessed our Service for 12 consecutive months.

We will provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you and give you the opportunity to export your data from our Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Homedwel, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE'S CONTENT AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, OR (III) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Homedwel, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
